Currently serving as the VP of Shared Service at RE Tech Advisors and the CEO and Founder of Radiant Global Advisory, Shila is dedicated to helping companies accelerate their sustainability journey. With previous experience at reputable organizations such as Morningstar, Sustainalytics, and Russell Investments, Shila has established herself as a leader in the areas of ESG strategy, advisory services, and organizational integration. Shila holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
