Ciarán Hope

Ciarán Hope currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Re-turn and has held a dual role as an artist with Sony Music Entertainment since March 2016, contributing original music to soundtracks, including for The Letters album. With extensive experience in operations and strategic management, Ciarán has previously been the Director and Head of Customer Technology at EY, overseeing transformation efforts in the energy sector, and served as COO at EY-Seren, focusing on human-centered design. Notably, Ciarán was the SVP of Operations at Web Summit, where strategic initiatives and organizational change management were implemented to support business model transformation. Ciarán founded Pangea Music Inc. and led creative teams for numerous TV shows and films while enhancing business operations through strategic improvements. Ciarán holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and certifications as an Associate Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
