Radhika Mandava

Radhika Mandava has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering and technology industry. Radhika began their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer at ppoONE, a services company providing enterprise business solutions to the healthcare industry. In 2002, they moved to IMacs as a Software Engineer, followed by a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Accuro Healthcare Solutions in 2005. In 2008, they joined MedAssets as a Scrum Master and Technical Team Lead. In 2013, they were promoted to Software Development Manager at nThrive. In 2018, they became a Self-Employed Consultant offering services such as sales, business development, marketing, partnership/channel alliance, and strategy & business transformation. In 2019, they joined Advanced BI & Analytics as Director and was responsible for defining, developing, and implementing a marketing strategy for ABIA Inc. Most recently in 2020, they joined E2open as an Executive Program Manager.

Radhika Mandava has an extensive educational background. Radhika obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Wesley Womens Degree College between 1990 and 1993. From 1978 to 1990, they attended Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans Public School and completed their High School. In 2007, they obtained a Certificate of Management, Leadership from The University of Texas at Dallas. In 2017, they completed an Executive MBA from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas. Additionally, they have obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn and nThrive between 2019 and 2020.
