Michael Sousaris

Michael Sousaris currently serves as a Nuclear Support Consultant at BHI Energy since September 2023. With extensive experience in safety and client management, Michael has held several pivotal roles, including Sr. Client Manager and Account Manager at Rudolph Libbe Group from July 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included delivering customer-focused solutions. Prior to this, Michael was the Safety Manager at Rudolph Libbe Group, supporting the Cleveland Operations division, and the Senior Safety Representative at FirstEnergy, enhancing fleet safety in NE Ohio. Michael's career began as a Safety Director at Brint Electric Inc. and includes roles as a Safety Specialist and NCAA Wrestling Official since 2009. Michael holds BS and BBA degrees in Business from The University of Toledo, earned between 2000 and 2004.
