Sam has many years’ experience in customer service and business administration, and began working in the IT field in 2009 as a help desk technician and systems administrator. Sam has an AAB in Business Management from Stark State College of Technology, and a BS in Technology from Kent State University. Sam enjoys the “puzzle solving” aspect of working in IT, and his desire to help people and find ways to ensure IT functions run smoothly makes him an important part of the team at ARCIS.
