Dustin earned his bachelor's degree and master's degree in accounting from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Prior to Rea, Dustin worked at Sikich/ BCG & Company, Omnova Solutions, and the Ohio Department of Transportation.

He has over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry.
