Lynn Wagner, CRP, GMS-T, has extensive work experience in the field of global talent mobility. Lynn currently holds the position of President at REA | Career + Relocation Coaching for Well-Being. Prior to this, Lynn worked as a Client Services Manager at Newland Chase. From 2013 to 2022, they held the role of Director of Client Development at IMPACT Group, where they developed strategies to achieve and exceed client global talent mobility goals. Lynn also worked at Vandover, where they held multiple roles including Account Executive, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. In these roles, they provided one-on-one consultation, delivered customized career management and relocation transition coaching services, and managed global and domestic populations of relocating spouses and outplaced employees. Lynn began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant, where they led an account team and managed expatriate management engagements.

Lynn Wagner, CRP, GMS-T, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Washington University in St. Louis, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degree, Lynn has also obtained certifications in the field of relocation from Worldwide ERC, including a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certification and a Global Mobility Specialist - T (GMS-T) certification.
