Georgette Oakley

Georgette Oakley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and support, currently serving as a Senior Customer Operations Consultant at REA Group since November 2021. Previously, Georgette held various roles at REA Group, including Associate Learning & Development Specialist and Senior Customer Support Consultant, and worked as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Charles & Gamon from October 2020 to October 2021. Georgette has a rich background in the hospitality industry, with earlier positions as a Senior Consultant and Assistant Team Leader-Customer Experience at REA Group, and experience as a Driver for Shebah Rideshare. Georgette also has catering experience from Riverhouse Catering & Banquet and has worked in the hospitality sector from 1990 to 2005. Educationally, Georgette obtained a VCE from Sandringham Secondary College and is currently enrolled at Nepean Learning.
