James Polasek

James Polasek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market research and customer insights. Currently serving as a Market Research and Insight Manager at REA Group since September 2021, Polasek previously held the role of Customer Insights Specialist. Concurrently, Polasek has been part of the Australian Army, contributing military expertise since November 2020. Prior experience includes a range of roles at Forethought from June 2015 to September 2021, including Associate, Senior Consultant, Consultant, Business Analyst, and Qualitative Field Support. Polasek holds a Master's Degree in Management (Marketing) from Melbourne Business School (2014 - 2016) and a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Psychology and History from the University of Melbourne (2011 - 2013).
