Jill Soraghan has extensive experience in talent attraction and recruitment. Jill started their career as an IT Recruitment Consultant at The Panel Group in Dublin, Ireland, from 2008 to 2009. Jill then took a year-long break to travel around Australia. Upon their return, they worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Finite IT Recruitment from 2010 to 2011, and as a Recruitment Consultant for Retail Operations at Michael Page from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined 10collective as a Digital Recruitment Consultant, where they focused on providing recruitment services in the Digital, IT, and Web industry. Jill joined S2M in 2014 as a Digital Talent Broker, specializing in digital, emerging technology, and integrated media. Jill joined REA Group in 2015, initially as a Digital Talent Partner and then progressing to the roles of Senior Digital Talent Partner and Talent Attraction Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Attraction, Talent Strategy & Experience at REA Group, where they lead a talented team responsible for creating best-in-class talent experiences and implementing targeted attraction and retention campaigns.

Jill Soraghan began their education in 2001 at Trinity College Dublin, where they pursued a TSM degree in French and Spanish. Jill completed this program in 2003. Following this, from 2003 to 2007, Soraghan attended Technological University Dublin, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. The field of study for their BSc is not specified. In 2007, they enrolled at Kingston University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Real Estate Management in 2008.
