Liz Dobson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in risk management and financial controls across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Manager of Risk & Financial Controls Compliance and Reward & People Operations at REA Group since July 2021, Liz previously held roles including Head of Risk at ME Bank and Senior Manager of Risk Transformation at Medibank, where responsibilities included leading assurance teams and managing risk for healthcare initiatives. Earlier career highlights include positions at Carlton & United Breweries where Liz contributed as Finance Business Partner and held roles in risk and controls, and at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant.
