Nicole Devine is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and operations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as General Manager Product for Financial Services at REA Group since October 2023, Nicole previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Versent from March 2020 to October 2023. Nicole's notable tenure at NAB spanned over a decade, where key roles included Executive General Manager of Broker Partnerships and leadership positions in strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives, notably the NextGen Transformation Program. As a co-founder of the NAB Women in Technology Program, Nicole has championed diversity and inclusion within the organization. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from The University of Queensland.
