Shayesteh Jafari is a seasoned Business Analyst currently working at Melbourne Water, focusing on enhancing customer experiences within the CVS Pega team since May 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at REA Group, serving as both Technical Consultant/Project Lead and Business Analyst in Enterprise Tech, where significant projects included the migration of O365 applications to the cloud and integrating applications within the SSO Okta platform. Earlier roles at Qtec Systems, Vixtel Pty Ltd, and Cytco provided a robust foundation in technical support, system administration, and network management. Shayesteh holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technology from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
