Jonathan Schwartz

Jonathan Schwartz is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Reach Financial since November 2024. With a robust background in the fintech sector, Jonathan previously held the CTO position at Jetty from January 2020 to October 2024, focusing on improving rental access for everyday renters. Prior to that, Jonathan was the Vice President of Engineering at OnDeck from January 2016 to December 2019, where leadership involved building a multi-site engineering team and creating innovative technology solutions for real-time lending. Jonathan's earlier experience includes a role as Director of Finance Core Technology at RBC Capital Markets, overseeing global software infrastructure development, and as ECTP Product Delivery Manager at the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, managing critical emergency communications projects. Jonathan holds a BA in Computer Science and an MS in Technology Management, both from Columbia University.
