Karen Draganiuk, BBA has a diverse professional background in HR roles at various organizations such as Reach Child and Youth Development Society, Boeing Canada - AeroInfo, City of Richmond, and Vancouver Coastal Health. With a degree in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and a CHRP designation from BC Human Resources Management Association, Karen has experience providing support in recruitment, program management, and customer service. Currently serving as Assistant HR Manager at Reach, Karen believes in the potential of every child and values the uniqueness of each individual.
