Katherine Rutkowski

Katherine Rutkowski is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Principal and Director of MTSS at Reach Cyber Charter School since December 2020. Prior to this role, Katherine held the position of Assistant Principal at The School District of Philadelphia and worked as an Early Literacy Specialist for the Children's Literacy Initiative. Katherine's teaching experience includes serving as a 4th Grade Teacher at Mastery Charter Schools and various roles at the Belmont Charter Network, where responsibilities included teaching and leadership positions such as Elementary Cohort Chair and Mentor Teacher. Additionally, Katherine has experience teaching Special Education and science within the School District of Philadelphia. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Chestnut Hill College, an M.A. in Elementary Education/Special Education from Holy Family University, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Virginia Commonwealth University.
