Rachel Graver is an experienced educational leader with a robust background in operations and program management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at REACH Cyber Charter School since December 2018, Rachel has also held roles as Director of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and Director of Family Services. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Connections Education from October 2011 to June 2018, such as Senior Director of Program Management and Senior Director of Schools, as well as roles at Commonwealth Connections Academy and Kohl's Department Stores. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from PennWest Edinboro and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Lebanon Valley College.
