Jill Miller, DSW, LCSW, BCD, currently serves as the Trauma Recovery Center Clinical Director at REACH, providing leadership and supervision to staff while developing program initiatives. In addition, Jill functions as a BBS Clinical Supervisor at Pacific Clinics, offering guidance to pre-licensed therapists in a school-based intervention program. Jill maintains a psychotherapy practice, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, and operates as a Mental Health Consultant, delivering clinical supervision and consultation services. Jill has held clinical supervisory roles for therapists working with unaccompanied minors at There Is Hope Foster Family Agency and Albacare Services. Previous positions include Director of Clinical Services for Lucid Lane Inc. and Behavioral Health Service Supervisor for Riverside University Health System, where oversight was provided for high-need populations. Jill holds a Doctorate of Social Work from the University of Southern California, a Master of Social Work from Loma Linda University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino.

REACH, formerly the Center Against Sexual Assault of Southwest Riverside County (C.A.S.A.), is dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual & domestic violence, childhood trauma and abuse, and human trafficking. Services are survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and empowerment-based. REACH offers professional counseling to address the impacts of trauma. Additionally, we provide crisis intervention, emotional support, legal and medical information, case management and safety planning. Advocates can join and support survivors during forensic exams, law enforcement interviews, and court hearings. Services are free and confidential for survivors of all ages. We support children, adolescents, and adults in adapting to and overcoming trauma and adversity through prevention and healing services, to reach their potential.
