Paul Findlay

Paul Findlay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, training, and development. As Co-Founder and CEO of REACH LX since February 2014, Paul has focused on equipping leaders to enhance their skills through the Leader Experience Platform. In addition, Paul serves as a Non-Executive Director and CEO of PD Training, a global training and professional services organization. Paul has previously owned Morningside Medispa and chaired the OrgDev Institute, dedicated to creating a happier and more productive workforce. A past Board Member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, Paul has held numerous project management and training roles, including at the University of Queensland and Ipswich City Council. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce and Human Resource Management from Griffith University and various certifications in training and assessment.
