Patty Fontneau

Patty Fontneau is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Director at InnovAge since March 2023 and as CEO of Reach Out and Read Colorado since August 2022, Patty focuses on enhancing child literacy through partnerships with healthcare providers. Previously, Patty held significant positions including President of the Benefit Exchange and Technology Solutions Business at Cigna from August 2014 to April 2022, and CEO of Connect for Health Colorado from 2011 to July 2014, where Patty was pivotal in launching the state’s health insurance marketplace.
