Anna Pita is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in social work and psychotherapy. Currently serving as an Occasional Mental Health Group Facilitator at Hamilton Family Health Team and a Social Worker/Psychotherapist at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation, Anna provides crisis assessment, stabilization, and short-term therapy. With a history of crisis counseling at ROCK Reach Out Centre for Kids and previous managerial and clinical roles at ADAPT, Hamilton Program for Schizophrenia, PAARC, and Saint Elizabeth Health Care, Anna has extensive experience in coordinating mental health services, supervising teams, and delivering family therapy.
