Anna Pita is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in social work and psychotherapy. Currently serving as an Occasional Mental Health Group Facilitator at Hamilton Family Health Team and a Social Worker/Psychotherapist at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation, Anna provides crisis assessment, stabilization, and short-term therapy. With a history of crisis counseling at ROCK Reach Out Centre for Kids and previous managerial and clinical roles at ADAPT, Hamilton Program for Schizophrenia, PAARC, and Saint Elizabeth Health Care, Anna has extensive experience in coordinating mental health services, supervising teams, and delivering family therapy. Anna obtained a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK) is a multi-service organization providing services to children and youth from birth to up to age 18 years of age and their families. ROCK aims to improve the lives and relationships of families with children who are having social, emotional and behavioral problems. At ROCK, we function on a multidisciplinary team basis, that may include persons trained in psychology, social work, therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, education, early childhood education, family and individual counselling, and child and youth counselling.
