Deb Melmer

Deb Melmer has a robust background in crisis management and child and family services, currently serving as the Manager of Crisis Services at ROCK Reach Out Centre for Kids since December 2021. Previously, Deb held the position of Crisis Team Lead at Reach Out Centre for Kids from October 2018 to December 2021, and prior to that worked as an Intensive Child and Family Services Counsellor at ROCK. Deb's career began at Reach Out Centre for Kids, where responsibilities included roles as a Crisis Counsellor and Residential Counsellor from 1993 to 2015. Educationally, Deb holds a degree in Social Service Work, completed at Sheridan between 1989 and 1991.
