Reach Out
Sophia L. Juárez, M.A., is a seasoned professional in youth and family wellness, currently serving as the Director of Youth and Student Wellness at Reach Out since January 2021. With extensive experience in community health, Sophia has led programs that address poverty, educational support, and family wellness. Previous roles include Program Manager at CalOptima and Social Worker II for the County of San Bernardino Children and Family Services, where responsibilities included community outreach, data analysis, and crisis intervention. An alumna of Wake Forest University, Sophia holds a Master of Arts in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the University of La Verne.
