Sasha Peña is an EdTech leader with over a decade of experience in building career and partnership ecosystems and advocating for workforce equity. Currently serving as the Head of Employability at Reach Pathways, Sasha has also held impactful roles such as Director of Career and Leadership Development at Chicago Scholars and Program Coordinator at The Posse Foundation. As a 2019 Surge 2020 Fellow at the Surge Institute, Sasha focused on empowering youth and communities of color. Sasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from DePauw University and briefly attended Queen Mary, University of London.
