Hal Harris started their work experience in 1991 as the National Director Retail Delivery at Unisys. Hal then moved on to become the Region Manager, Information Services at NCS Pearson in 1998. In 2001, they became the President of Icaret, Inc. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the VP Operations at Becton Schantz, Inc., a SAAS provider in the consumer package goods industry. Hal then held the role of VP of Client Services at Reach Technologies from 2008 to 2008. Following that, they served as the Vice President of Client Services at SOAdesk, A Vertical Thought Company from 2008 to 2010, specializing in custom software development for contact center agents. In 2010, they joined Cicero, Inc. as the Director of Professional Services. Currently, Hal holds the position of VP, IT Products and Services at Reach Technologies since 2020.

From 1971 to 1974, Hal Harris attended The University of Memphis, where they pursued studies in Computer Science.
