Ralph Kugler

Ralph Kugler is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Company Chairman at Study Group and Board Trustee for REAch2 Academy Trust since 2019, Kugler has also held prominent positions including Company Chairman at Williams Lea Tag until January 2025 and HeadBox until 2024. Additionally, Kugler served as an Independent Board Director at Keter until March 2023 and engaged as a Board Trustee for Khula Education from 2010 to 2020. Past roles include Chairman of the International Advisory Board at Leeds University Business School and Chairman of Cognita Schools from 2014 to 2018, where significant sales successes were achieved. Kugler has a strong educational background with a 1st Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Leeds and an MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick.
