Emer Clarke

Dr. Clarke has over 25 years of experience in the stem cell biology field in both clinical and industrial settings. As ReachBio Research Labs CSO, Dr. Clarke is instrumental in managing the scientific operations of the company including research and development and client services. She is engaged in client affairs through one-on-one consultation, study design and data analysis.

Previously, Dr. Clarke was a member of the senior management team at StemCell Technologies, Inc. as Scientific Director of Contract Services and Manager of Education. Prior to this, Dr. Clarke was employed as Senior Clinical Scientist in the Cell Processing Unit at the National Blood Centre in Bristol UK. She was responsible for leading research on the evaluation of new cell therapy protocols for treatment of childhood leukemia and other hematopoietic diseases. Earlier, Dr. Clarke was employed at Cell Therapeutics Inc. (CTI BioPharma) as an Associate Scientist performing primary cell-based assays in support of the company’s drug screening programs.
