Amy Jerusalmi is the current Chief Customer Officer at Reachdesk. Amy has held various other positions throughout their career, including Senior Vice President of North America Managed Services at Mastercard, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Service & Solutions at SessionM, and Senior Manager of Sales Planning & Client Services at Apple Inc.

Amy began their career as an Associate at LNS Communications in 2000. Amy then became an Account Manager at CCBN in 2002 and was promoted to Manager of Corporate Service Associates at Thomson Financial/CCBN in 2003. In 2004, they were promoted again to Director of Product Operations at Thomson Financial.

In 2007, Amy left Thomson Financial to become the Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Client Services at Quattro Wireless. Amy held this position until 2009 when they left to join Apple Inc. as their Senior Manager of Sales Planning & Client Services. Amy remained with Apple until 2012 when they left to join SessionM as their Senior Vice President of Enterprise Service & Solutions.

In 2019, Amy left SessionM to join Mastercard as their Senior Vice President of North America Managed Services. Amy held this position until 2020 when they were promoted to SVP, Enterprise Services & Solutions at SessionM, a Mastercard Company. Amy held this position until November 2020 when they were promoted again to their current role as Chief Customer Officer at Reachdesk.

Amy Jerusalmi has a degree from the University of Delaware.
