Ben Smith

Ben Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ben started their career in 2012 as a Duty Manager at Planet Ice and then worked as an Assistant Manager at Nando's UK & IRE for a brief period in 2013. In 2013, they also began their career as a Professional Ice Skater and Media Coordinator at Feld Entertainment, where they worked until 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, Ben worked at instinct pr, taking on roles such as PR Intern, Press Assistant, Junior Account Executive, and ultimately becoming an Account Executive. In 2018, they also joined Meliá Hotels International as a Head Host, where they stayed until 2019.

In 2020, Ben joined Sales Development Leaders (SDL) as a Member and became part of SDRs of London as a Community Host. Ben remained in both roles until 2022.

In 2019, Ben joined Reachdesk as a Business Development Representative, focusing on generating MQL's, nurturing prospects, and retaining existing customers. Ben quickly moved up the ranks, taking on various roles including Team Lead Business Development, Manager of Business Development, Senior Manager of the Development Team, and currently serves as the Director of Global Business Development since November 2022.

In 2021, Ben took on an additional role as an Associate at Revenue Collective.

Ben's work experience demonstrates a strong background in sales, business development, customer relationship management, and leadership. Ben has also been involved in community-building initiatives within the sales industry.

Ben Smith attended The Open University from 2016 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in marketing with a focus on business, management, and marketing.
