João Ribeiro

João Ribeiro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. João is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Reachdesk, starting in October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an Engenheiro de Software at Reachdesk from October 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Reachdesk, João worked at iCapital Network as an Assistant Vice President, Team Leader, and Full-stack Developer from November 2020 to September 2021.

From October 2017 to November 2020, João worked as a Developer at Runtime Revolution.

Before that, they had a role as an Informatics Engineer at HYP Software from September 2015 to September 2017. João also worked as a Colaborador at the same company from November 2014 to September 2015.

João has also gained experience in leadership roles. João served as the Coordenador de Animação Nocturna do Encontro Nacional de Estudantes de Design at Núcleo de Estudantes de Informática da Associação Académica de Coimbra from September 2015 to March 2016.

Prior to that, they held the position of Microsoft Student Partner at Microsoft from September 2012 to September 2015.

João Ribeiro started their education in 2005 at Escola Secundária Amato Lusitano in Castelo Branco, where they pursued a Curso Tecnológico in Informática. João completed this program in 2008. After that, from 2008 to 2013, they attended Universidade de Coimbra for their Licenciatura in Engenharia Informática. Following their undergraduate degree, they continued their education at the same institution from 2013 to 2015 to obtain a Mestrado in Engenharia Informática.
