Naoko Takahashi

Naoko Takahashi is the managing partner at ReachExt K.K. Naoko has previously worked as the human resources manager at Hexaware Technologies and as an accountant at Oakwood.

Born in Japan, Takahashi has always had a passion for helping others. After graduating from college, they started their career in the human resources field. Naoko quickly rose through the ranks at Hexaware Technologies, becoming the head of the human resources department.

In their current role at ReachExt K.K., Takahashi is responsible for a wide range of office work, including administration, accounting, and human resources. Naoko is dedicated to helping their employees reach their full potential and is always looking for ways to improve the company.
