Laura van de Westerlo is the owner of REACHING AUTismebegeleiding since March 2020, providing therapy, coaching, and individualized support for individuals with autism. Additionally, Laura serves as a board member, secretary, and facilitator at Stichting HELP US AUT, focusing on improving the lives of people with autism to prevent social isolation through tailored assistance. Previous roles include working as an orthopedagogue at VidaSense and a behavioral scientist at Pius X-College, as well as a sociotherapeut at dr. Leo Kannerhuis, supporting adolescents with autism. Laura has a strong background in human resources, having worked in various related positions, including at Defensie and Maandag®. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Pedagogical Sciences from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
