Emaan Osman

Emaan Osman is a Principal Director at The Aerospace Corporation, leading efforts to enhance acquisition outcomes for the U.S. space enterprise since June 2021. In January 2023, Emaan joined the US Army as a Subcommittee Member of the Army Science Board, providing independent advice on various Army operations. As an Aurora Certified Guide with reacHIRE, Emaan focuses on empowering women in leadership roles. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Engineer and M&S Outcome Lead at MITRE, where Emaan contributed to multiple key naval and defense initiatives over a span of 27 years. Emaan holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Monmouth University, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Rutgers University and the University of Waterloo.
