Tom Pajak

Tom Pajak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and development, currently serving as the Head of Product for Core Experience and Apps at Reach plc since March 2019. In this role, Tom focuses on growing the app team, defining the subscription proposition across web and app, and mentoring product managers to fulfill the product vision. Prior to Reach, Tom was a Product Manager at House of Fraser, where responsibilities included defining strategies for apps and loyalty programs. Earlier in the career at News UK, Tom held various positions including Architect and Product Owner, managing the lifecycle of The Times and Sunday Times Tablet apps. Tom holds a degree in Multimedia Computing from the University of Gloucestershire, completed in 2011.
