Kevin Fleck, PMP, ITIL, VCP6-DCV

Kevin Fleck has over 17 years of work experience in the field of IT. Kevin started their career in 2003 as a Special Projects Lead at TEKsystems, where they supported the management team in a corporate PC refresh project, overseeing the upgrade and replacement of over 50,000 PCs and laptops across multiple locations.

In 2004, Kevin joined Truestone, LLC as a Senior Systems Engineer. During their 11 years with the company, they managed a team responsible for server installations, maintenance, upgrades, and break/fix. Kevin also handled server and platform engineering solutions and projects for the entire enterprise.

Since 2016, Kevin has been working at NuAxis Innovations. Kevin initially served as a Tier III Support Engineer, providing operational support and guidance to clients and team members across the enterprise. Kevin played a key role in planning, managing, and executing hardware lifecycle upgrades and replacements. Additionally, they designed, planned, tested, and integrated NAS lifecycle replacements.

In 2020, Kevin was promoted to the role of EITCS Operations Manager at NuAxis Innovations. In this role, they continue to oversee operational support and systems management within the company.

Kevin Fleck, PMP, ITIL, VCP6-DCV has a diverse education history. Kevin started their studies in 2001 at Stratford University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology, completing it in 2005. Following this, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2007, completing a Master's degree in Management. In 2007, Kevin returned to the University of Phoenix and obtained an MBA in Business Administration by 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Kevin obtained their first certification, VCP5, from VMware in February 2012. Kevin further enhanced their professional qualifications by acquiring the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in June 2014. Kevin's commitment to staying current in their field led him to obtain the VCP6-DCV certification from VMware in March 2016.

Kevin's education journey continued in 2017 when they enrolled at the University of Phoenix for a Graduate Certificate in Information Security, specializing in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Kevin successfully completed their coursework in 2018.
