Jon Conaway

Jon Conaway has a strong background in quality engineering and management. Jon has worked in various positions in different companies throughout their career. Jon has experience leading teams and supporting new product development, risk management, and sustaining design and manufacturing activities. Jon has also managed department budgets, expenses, and resources. Their expertise includes working with medical implant and instrument manufacturing, packaging operations, and sterile environments.

Jon Conaway has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. Jon has also completed coursework towards a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology. In terms of certifications, Jon is ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer. Jon also holds a Master of Quality - Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Quality Management Associates.
