In terms of certifications, Jon is ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer. Jon also holds a Master of Quality - Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Quality Management Associates.
