Laura Vergès

Laura Vergès has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Laura is currently working as a Scrum Master at Reacteev since 2022, where they are involved in projects such as the revamping of the Louvre Editions website and the development of the streaming site for the Opera National de Paris. Laura'sresponsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, maintaining the Product Backlog, coaching the development team, and promoting continuous improvement.

Prior to that, Laura worked at Sopra Steria from 2018 to 2022, first as an Agile Coach and then as a Scrum Master within the Airbus' STRONGer program. Laura was responsible for leading Scrum ceremonies, managing the Product Backlog, coaching the team, and facilitating the team's self-organization. Laura also worked on projects like Audit & Surveillance - Quality PSL and SAP4Planning.

Before Sopra Steria, Laura worked as a Business Project Leader at ALTEN from 2016 to 2018, where they were involved in the migration of database systems for Airbus. Laura also gained experience as a Functional PLM Consultant intern at Capgemini in 2016 and as a Scrum Master at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole for a mobile CRM application project.

Prior to their career in IT, Laura worked as an intern in Conception and Development at TIMELINK MICROSYSTEMS, where they were involved in the design and implementation of a web-based data management application. Laura also worked as an Agent d'accueil at Midi-Pyrenées Sécurité and as a Chargée d'accueil and Adjointe Administratif at Mairie de Toulouse.

Overall, Laura Vergès has extensive experience in agile project management, coaching, and various IT roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to facilitating collaboration and driving innovation within organizations.

Laura Vergès pursued their education at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. Laura obtained a Master 2 IGSI degree in Informatique des Organisations with a specialization in Ingénierie et Gestion des Systèmes d'Information from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master 1 SIIO degree in Systèmes d'Information et Informatique des Organisations from 2014 to 2015. Laura'sundergraduate studies include a Licence en Economie et Informatique from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Laura Vergès also holds various certifications. Laura obtained a certification in the utilization of coaching techniques for individual and team support from IFOD - École des métiers du coaching et de l’accompagnement in November 2021. Furthermore, they have certifications in Professional Scrum Master I (obtained in June 2020), Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (obtained in May 2022), Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master (obtained in October 2019), and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist (obtained in August 2019).
