Steven Dion is a senior mechanical engineer, entrepreneur, and inventor with over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry and recently transitioned to the aerospace sector as the Quality and Compliance Director at Reaction Dynamics. As a co-founder of Soundbite Medical, they led the development of three generations of medical devices, successfully managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with various international regulations. Steven holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke and has co-invented multiple patented technologies, showcasing a strong background in innovation and problem-solving.
