Andrea Minton Beddoes

Andrea was appointed to the Reaction Engines Board as a Non-Executive Director in January 2021.

Andrea has over 25 years of experience in corporate communications, reputation, and stakeholder management across a broad range of businesses including strategy consulting, banking, and insurance. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Bates Wells, a leading UK law firm and a trustee of the international charity, Railway Children.

Following an early career in the financial sector at Zurich Financial Services as Director of the CEO’s Office, Andrea undertook high-profile roles at McKinsey & Company as Director of Communications within the UK. Within that role, she transformed the company’s approach to reputation building in the UK and established a network for professional women across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
