Currently, Vargas serves as Founder and CEO of Integra Groupe, a company focused on innovating the intersection of people, technology, and resources through an AI SaaS platform designed for private markets. As a Founding Partner at Reaction, Vargas engages with a global community to drive meaningful innovation. Previously, Vargas held the position of Executive Director at Cartera de Inversiones, where responsibilities included overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 20 companies across Latin America. With a solid educational background that includes a Stanford Executive Program, an Advanced Business Certificate from NYU Stern, an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, and an Abogado degree from UCAB, Vargas combines legal and business acumen to foster growth and innovation in various ventures.
