Jeff Parry

Jeff Parry has worked in the maritime industry for over 30 years. In 1988, they began as Executive Vice President of "C" Ventures Inc. In 1998 they moved to Mystic Marine Advisors, LLC as Managing Partner providing strategic advice and execution, with past clients including Macquarie Bank (UK) and Alix Partners LLP. In 2001, they became Managing Director of POTEN & PARTNERS. In 2007, they joined A.G. Pappadakis & Co. Ltd as Executive Director. In 2008, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of Aries Maritime Transport Ltd. In 2010, they became a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of Globus Maritime Limited (NASDAQ Listed). In 2012, they were named Executive Chairman of TBS Shipping Limited. In 2014, they Co-Founded Valhalla Shipping Inc. and served on the Board of Directors. In 2022, they became an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of both ELEVAI Labs Inc. and DigiTrax Entertainment, Inc.

Jeff Parry completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School with a focus in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Brown University in English and American Literature. Jeff also attended Choate Rosemary Hall.
