Brigitte Schraetzenstaller-Rauch

Brigitte Schraetzenstaller-Rauch has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brigitte began their career at Roche Diagnostics in 1989, where they worked as an Internal Consultant in HR Organizational and Professional Development until 1998. In 1999, they joined Oracle as an HR Director and stayed there until 2005. Schraetzenstaller-Rauch then moved to Sandoz International, where they held the position of Head of HR Commercial Operations and Projects from 2006 to 2009. Brigitte continued their career at Sandoz as the Regional Head of HR Latin America and Global Projects from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Pharmexx as the Global Head of HR and Business Sponsor for Turkey until 2012. Schraetzenstaller-Rauch then moved to Bilfinger as the Head of Corporate HR for Bilfinger Industrial Services from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they co-founded Great People GbR and held a position as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner. From 2015 to 2016, Schraetzenstaller-Rauch worked at Flint Group as the Vice President of HR for Packaging and Narrow Web in EMEA and North America. Brigitte currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at Reactive Robotics, a position they have held since 2017.
