Kristin Annella's work experience begins in 2004 when they join Levy Home Entertainment as a Regional Operations Coordinator. In this role, they manage a team of part-time merchandisers and ensures store service and promotions are carried out as scheduled. Kristin is also responsible for coordinating new store openings and remodels.

In 2005, Kristin becomes an Account Coordinator, working closely with a national retail chain on in-store promotions and managing replenishment orders from distribution centers. Kristin then transitions to an Account Representative, where they analyze in-stock and sales data for a nationwide retailer and serves as a liaison between the customer and various suppliers.

In 2006, Kristin becomes a Category Manager at Levy Home Entertainment, where they are responsible for selecting children's books for presentation to a nationwide retailer. Kristin analyzes sales and industry trends and meets with major publishers to select appropriate products for specific chains.

In 2008, Kristin is promoted to Manager of Planogram Services, where they continue to contribute to the effective presentation of products in stores. In 2010, they further advance to the role of Director of Sales.

In 2012, Kristin joins ReaderLink and assumes the position of Director of Retail Analytics. Kristin holds this role until 2018, where they then becomes the Sr. Director of Integrated Business Planning. In 2023, they are promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain Planning & Operations at the same company.

Overall, Kristin Annella has built a strong foundation in retail operations, analytics, sales, and supply chain management throughout their career.

Kristin Annella pursued their education at Northern Illinois University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, they obtained their M.B.A. from the same institution during the academic year of 2007 to 2008.
