Stephen Biro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Stephen is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Readibots, where they collaborate with the C-suite to make decisions based on the customer's perspective. In this role, Stephen focuses on customer success and satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Prior to their current position, Stephen worked at TITUS as the Professional Services Practice Lead and Prime Consultant - Customer Success. Here, they directly engaged with top global customers, eliciting business requirements and implementing them into product configurations and integrations. Stephen also developed and implemented streamlined delivery management processes and procedures for the Professional Services practice, and created and maintained the "TITUS Methodology" for customer engagement and product deployment.
Stephen's early career includes founding Stelor CMS Inc., where they worked as a Consultant - Solution Architecture. Stephen also served as a Trusted Advisor - Information Protection at OTUS Group and as a Solution Architect at Corning Inc. Additionally, Stephen founded Global-X-Change Communications Inc., a web content management software and services company that was later acquired. Stephen began their career as the Founder and Consultant of Chrysalis Business Development, specializing in online/e-commerce systems for clients in the Federal Government of Canada and the Ottawa market.
Stephen Biro attended Carleton University from 1988 to 1996, where they obtained a B.C.S. Honours degree in Computer Science - Software.
