Paul Delrot

Paul Delrot is the CEO and co-founder of Readily3D, a position held since May 2020, where Paul also serves as CTO. Prior experience includes a role as an Entrepreneur and Post-doctoral Researcher at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from July 2018 to October 2020, where Paul co-invented a new method of volumetric 3D printing. As a PhD Candidate at the same institution from October 2014 to July 2018, Paul developed compact laser-assisted tools for high-resolution additive manufacturing. Additional experience encompasses consulting as an Application Engineer at Optis Northern Europe, a Master's thesis focused on optical systems at Institut de la Vision, and internships at Thales Underwater Systems and Laboratoire Ondes et Matière d'Aquitaine. Education includes a PhD in Photonics from EPFL, a Master of Science in Engineering Physics-Biomedical Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and an Engineer's degree in Optics/Optical Sciences from Institut d'Optique Graduate School.
