Laura Casey

Laura Casey is a skilled occupational therapist with extensive experience in various roles within healthcare and education. Currently serving as a Senior Occupational Therapist at Reading Borough Council since July 2023, Laura previously held the position of OT Network Manager at The OT Practice. Laura’s experience at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust includes serving as Occupational Therapy Team Lead in Medicine and working across different specialties such as Elderly Care, Surgery & Orthopaedics, and Neuro Rehab. Prior to their healthcare career, Laura worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Partners in Performance and as a Teacher of History. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Essex, a Professional Diploma in Education from Trinity College Dublin, an M.Phil. in International Peace Studies, and a B.A. Hons. in History and Political Science from University College Dublin.
