Philippa Coldham

Philippa Coldham is an experienced professional with a strong background in change delivery and policy development. Currently serving as a Change Delivery Consultant and formerly as a Business Analyst and Project Officer at Reading Borough Council since January 2020, Philippa has also worked at Guildford Borough Council as a Community Safety and Policy Officer. Previous roles include providing customer service at Hurtwood Hotel and Waitrose, as well as mentoring students at Keele University. Philippa holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Keele University and has engaged in various volunteer and teaching experiences, showcasing a commitment to community and education.
