Teresa Kaine

Teresa Kaine is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading and managing HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the HR Services Manager at Reading Borough Council since August 2020, Teresa previously held the position of Head of HR Operations at McLaren Automotive Ltd from June 2016 to June 2020. Prior to that, Teresa worked at Mouchel Contract Services as an HR Business Partner and HR Advisory Centre Manager from March 2011 to May 2016, where leadership was provided to HR Advisors and recruitment teams in implementing HR policies. Teresa's extensive experience also includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Royal Mail from April 1998 to January 2011, as well as roles as Employee Relations Manager and Employee Support Manager in the same organization, in addition to earlier experience as Media Manager in Public Relations at Royal Mail from August 1991 to May 1996. Teresa is an alumnus of University College, London.
