Dan Kelly has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as a columnist and special projects reporter at Reading Eagle Company since February 1995. Prior to this role, Dan worked as a Community Relations Manager at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, where notable achievements included the successful licensing of an infectious waste incinerator without significant public opposition and publishing a quarterly community tabloid. Previous reporting positions include serving as a courthouse and investigative reporter at San Antonio Light, where Dan authored a yearlong series on ticket fixing that resulted in several dismissals within the judicial system, as well as roles at Pottstown Mercury, The Times Herald, and The Review - Intercounty Newspaper Group. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications from the University of Scranton.
