Joe Billman

Joe Billman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe began their career at Target as an Assistant Produce Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining the department and training new employees. Joe then worked at Convergys, specifically on the card activation team for American Express. Following this, they joined Macey's Inc. Grocery Stores as an Assistant Produce Manager, where they continued to oversee the department's operations. Moving on, they joined the U.S. Institute of Languages as a Team Lead over Software Development, where they supervised the creation of language learning software and worked alongside a team of Software Engineers. After this, they transitioned to Reading Horizons as a Software Engineer before progressing to the role of Director of Software Development. Lastly, they worked at FranklinCovey as a Front End Developer.

Joe Billman attended Weber State University from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Integrated Studies (BIS) degree with a focus on Computer Science, Multimedia, and Graphic Design. Prior to that, they received their high school diploma from Clearfield High School in 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Joe has obtained the PMC Level I and PMC Level II certifications from Pragmatic Institute, as well as the Adobe Flash Certified Expert certification from Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College.
